Amie has been working in veterinary medicine for over 25 years, most of her experience is in Emergency care. Amie also has a deep passion for service dogs. She has raised 20 puppies for service dog organizations that include Guide Dogs for the Blind, Guide Dogs of the Deserts, and Brigadoon Service Dogs. In 2015 Amie and her Husband decided to form a non-profit focused on service dog education. They has since started breeding Standard Poodles and their puppies have been donated to small service dog organizations across the US and Canada. Amie also has a soft spot for orphaned puppies and kittens in need of fostering.
